Processing Time
Each piece is handcrafted to order and takes approximately 1-2 weeks to create before shipping. I always strive to complete and ship orders as quickly as possible and will notify you once your item has been dispatched. If there are any unexpected delays, I’ll keep you updated.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order is shipped, it is in the hands of the postal service. I am not responsible for packages that are lost, delayed, or damaged in transit. However, if you experience any issues, please reach out to me, and I’ll do my best to assist you with tracking or filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Insurance
If you would like to add shipping insurance to your order for additional protection, please contact me before completing your purchase. Insurance can help cover lost or damaged packages.

International Shipping
Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. I cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize there’s an error in your address after placing the order, please contact me as soon as possible.
